The Intelligent Medical Diagnosis System (IMDS) has been targeted by the cyber attackers, who aim to damage Healthcare Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). This research is motivated recent attacks happened worldwide that have resulted in compromise of medical diagnosis records. study was conducted demonstrate how IMDS could be attacked and records compromised (i.e. heart disease) suggest a list security defence strategies prevent against such attacks. developed an simulation platform implementing OpenEMR system. A Cardiac Component then added IMDS. fed with ECG data (retrieved from PhysioNet/Computing Cardiology Challenge 2017). launched systematic ethical hacking, which tailored target hacking based on NIST method followed attack pathway, starting identifying entry points websites, propagating gain access server, ultimate modifying disease successful.
